Dear Friends and Participants of the Inn Street Artisans Revival,
We are getting close to the final volunteer meeting of Yankee Homecoming steering committees in July. At this time I must make a request, that all outstanding balances on vending fees be paid by that time. I do not know the specific date in July for this meeting, but I would like to set the initial date for all outstanding balances to be paid by July 1st. If anyone has a problem meeting this deadline, please contact me directly.
Also, There have been several artisans that have not forwarded any information on their business at all. I am trying my best to be able to provide the most available information regarding your business for optimum marketing and promotion during this high exposed festival.Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated and in your best interest. This information will be featured in these updates as well as the Yankee Homecoming Inn Street Revival event web page.
With that said, I have a few pertinent directives to accomplish between now and this time in July leading up to the final volunteer meeting.
1. Book all remaining vending spaces.
2. Collect all remaining outstanding balances.
3. Schedule all music, and performing acts for the Inn St Stage.
4. list all featured information and participating vendors and musicians on the YH event page
Once this is done, the last directive before the beginning of the festival will be booth placement.
